CM Index LTD is incorporated in Saint Vincent & the Grenadines on 14th October 2021 as a International Business Company under Financial Services Authority with registration number 26493 BC 2021.

CM Index LTD is incorporated in Mwali is a International Business Company on 23rd March 2023 with registration number HY 00323216. CM Index LTD is licensed in Mwali as International Brokerage & Clearing House on 4th April 2023 with license number T 2023216. Both incorporation and license are issued by Mwali International Services of Authority.

CM Index LTD are in process of applying for Money Broking license with the Labuan Financial Services Authority starting from January 2023. The new application process will take up to 12 months depending on approval.

CM Index LTD currently only accepts clients from Asia & the Pacific confederation specifically from South East Asia. CM Index LTD does not provide services to residents of the Americas region, Arab states, CIS countries, and European nations.
